I stayed at this hotel with me wife. It has been fully refurbished and included in the Dorchester Collection. Rooms are quite spacious and location is perfect.
Breakfast buffet is really nice. There are not too many things, but all that's included is very good.
Service staff is helpful at all times.
For sure, one of the best hotels in Geneva.

After having stayed at Kempinski and Swissotel, I stayed at the Richemond twice in the past 2 weeks and had two different types of rooms - Junior Suite and Superior Room. I was happy to be upgraded to the Junior Suite on my first trip, it's really huge with a walk-in closet, little living room, and a very big and spacious bathroom. The view from the room was amazing, directly to the English Garden and the lake behind it. On my second trip, I was not upgraded so received the booked superior room. I was a bit worried I might be dissapointed but that was not the case. Even the "normal" superior room is very spacious, its bathroom too. Only there was no view at all but I didn't mind.

Service was always good and very friendly.

The only negative point are the prices for items of the mini-bar and room service. CHF 9 (USD 10, EUR 8) for a soda pop seems a bit steep, and if I buy a steak hamburger meal for around CHF 50 (USD 60, EUR 40), I expect it should at least not leave me hungry, which it did. The quality was very nice, though.

Something that I would not mention as negative but that has way for improvement: It would be convenient if the gym would not close already at 10pm but stay open at least until midnight. Quite honestly, I don't understand why hotel gyms need to close at all but this is usually the case in Swiss hotels.

All in all, very recommendable.

It was the first time we stayed here. It was a memorable stay!
You feel like hone from the first doorstep. From the doorman to the reception staff you are treated as one of their friends, but with a delicate respect and elegance.
Hotel is perfectly locate in the city center, close to the lake, few minutes walk to all of the city center attractions.
Breakfast vas a top one, garnished with carefully chosen products.
Service is a top one. All of your request are fulfilled with professionalism and great care.
Room was a little small but nice decorated, equipped, and very clean.

We left the hotel really satisfied with the experience they offered us during our stay there.
On the road to the airport the taxi driver, a very nice gentleman, told me: "you stayed in the best hotel in Geneva. They are very friendly and make you feel like home. Lots of royal families stay there while in Geneva".
His words really confirmed our great experience with Le Richemond!
This is an excellent address, please save it!

Can't wait to return!

My second visit to Le Richemond, but the first since their refurbishment.

Simply stunning, a fantastic location and brilliant customer service, I lost my sunglasses in the city the previous day and they called everywhere that I had visited to try and find them!

Hope to return again one day.....

Room Tip: Facing the park.

This is my second review for this hotel. Last time I visited it was part of the Rocco Forte hotels. So far nothings has changed in the hotel. I could recognize most of the staff. Service continues to be courteous, friendly and excellent. I love having breakfast in this hotel. Everything is so high quality. We only had lunch at the restaurant which was very good as well. We were told that Dorchester is planning on renovating the lobby and changing the restaurant to a more upscale, Michelin starred one like in the their other hotels. I only hope the hotel keeps its simple elegance after all these changes.
The rooms are very well appointed and designed. My only complaint is the lighting.
Next time we visit Geneva, we will definitely be back to Le Richemond.
