Booked through Easyjet hotels. Got really good deal, three nights for price of two.

Arrive at 9.45am - able to check in straight away. Had requested higher floor but first floor room available immediately. Yes it can be a bit noisy, but what do you expect. The road services two hotels, bars and shops. Deliveries have to be made and rubbish collected. It is in an ideal location, two minutes from train station, three minutes from bus station and four minutes from lake.

The staff were really polite and helpful. Breakfast basic but more than adequate. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities would be nice but again what do you expect, take your own kettle with you!!

Travel from airport to Geneva Gare (main train station) by train, comfortable and easy - only 3CHF each!!

Travelling for work, I stayed four nights in this hotel, and couldn't wait to leave. The staff were rude and indifferent, and seemed to take pleasure in not meeting any of my needs. I am an experienced business traveller, so my needs are few, but this place managed to meet none of them.

While the location of this hotel is convenient, it's very noisy especially if the outdoor patio of the popular pub across the street is happening. There was lots of street noise, so despite the heat of my room (which I couldn't control) I couldn't keep my windows open in the evening. My room was dreary and depressing, and not overly clean.

There are two things that were good about this place: the water pressure, wonderful in the very tiny shower, and the coffee served with breakfast. While breakfast is included, it's basic, and follows the tired, uninspired, neglected feeling of this hotel, being served on chipped/cracked dishes and glasses.

If you are looking for a basic crash pad close to the train station, this could be the place for you. But if you need to use the room for work, and will be staying more than a day or two, you should look for another hotel.

Just returned from a 5 day, first time, trip to Geneva. The hotel is located literally around the corner from the railway station and just yards from all the shops, restaurants, lake, etc. all the city can offer. It is very compact, spotless, tastefully furnished and with extremely helpful and courteous staff. The bus station for getting trips is just a two minute walk and we took a trip to the Alps at Chamonix. It is breathtaking, jaw dropping stuff not to be missed and also took a cruise on the paddle steamer on the lake, fantastic. This hotel coupled with Geneva was certainly five stars plus for my wife and myself on our 30th Anniversity.

We stayed here in February for a long weekend. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help ( Restaurant suggestions, Must see sights etc) The Hotel is situated 2 minutes from the train station and in a central location.

Although the hotel was undergoing both structural and interior renovations our room was not affected. The room was cleaned everyday and we had no complaints about any aspect of our stay.

A MUST in Geneva is a trip to Eidelweiss restuarant. A traditional Swiss restuarant with the most amazing chocolate fondue.

On the face of it, this looks like a nice hotel. But staying there revealed problems. For a start it's located in rather an unsavoury area unfortunately. It's fine in the day, but at night lots of strange characters seems to congregate on the road wherethe hotel is situated. A couple of doors down there's a strip joint, which is either a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. The location otherwise is superb as it's just a short walk from Lake Geneva, and in the other direction, the main train station which serves the city.

The rooms are basic, look grotty but are basically clean. There's not much of a view, unless you enjoy car parks. The walls are also paper thin which means that you get to hear everything the person next door has to say and do.

Breakfast was a major letdown unfortunately. There wasn't much choice - it was bread or bust. And the staff aren't that helpful or overly-friendly either.

I would recommend this place to people who are just looking to get their head down for an evening. If you want to spend any time at all relaxing in your hotel room in Geneva, then pick somewhere else. If you're a budget traveller or a fleeting tourist, then this would be ok for you. Personally, I won't be revisiting this hotel if I go back to Geneva again.

I booked the hotel on the easyjet website, and was perhaps a bit concerned at what I might expect. The hotel is cheap for Geneva, but I has an excellent nights stay. It has the advantage of being close to the station, but in a remarkably quiet street. Reception was very helpful and friendly.
I was travelling on my own, and my single room (£70) was small - a single bed against the wall, with a big mirror on one wall to make the room appear a bit larger - but the quality of the room was good and the bathroom ( shower, no bath) was good quality and well -designed - with a strong shower.

There is no restaurant but a selection of restaurants are just around the corner - a good chinese and a more expensive italian.

Breakfast - included - was continental - croissants, cheeses, rolls, coffee.

A friendly and professionally run hotel.
