The hotel is very well located, very clean and the stuff is very nice and helpful.
The room wasn't big, but we had a kitchen and we found it to be very helpful since the food in restaurants was very expensive.
The bathroom was OK.

Im currently in this hotel and so far so good. The staff is very nice, FREE WIFI (big plus from my side), no guarantee asked, a small kitchen, clean room, they checked me in earlien without any problems. The walls are having some cracks but free WIFI makes me forget about that. Of course there is room for improvement but comparing this hotel with the other two that ive seen so far (Longemalle & Diplomated) Sagitta is the best.

We have just stayed for two nights in this very tired and extremely dated hotel. There is a strange smell when you walk in and you're immediately hit with the old and dated decor. I wanted to leave straight away, however my husband insisted that we stay. The carpet needs updating, the furniture is old stained, dusty and pretty gross. The bathroom has had a partial update and is alright, however it takes many attempts to flush the toilet. The breakfast was pretty good and the overall service by all of the staff is very good. The pillows are not the best however just ask for more. I would spend more money and be comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. It is really quiet disgusting!

Room Tip: Ask for a room that does not face the back lane way as it is very noisy late at night.

We were here for a week and the staff was very helpful. We went for the cheapest rate, which was two twin beds. We had to ask for new linens on one of them and extra pillows but they responded right away. We were able to put the two beds together which was nice. The room furnishings were very dated and worn, and could have used a good dusting/wipe down. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean. We were on the top floor and had a balcony which was nice, except the windows & doors were very drafty and we could smell cigarette smoke from the neighboring rooms. It would also have been helpful if they had told us about the "outside" window blinds upon check-in - we woke up the first few mornings to a too bright room before we figured out they could be closed. The breakfast was good. Geneva is VERY expensive, and we did a lot of day trips, so we weren't spending much time at the hotel and were glad we didn't spend more on it.

Well, it was fine I guess. Room large, separate room for adults, two kids slept in lounge area, and a small kitchen too. BUT no kettle and no tea bags, coffee etc. we were only there for one night so not really a problem. All clean. A bit dated but no real concerns. Good location and the cheapest we could find in Geneva! Got free tickets for bus travel which was a nice touch even though we didn't use them! Breakfast a bit disappointing. Tinned fruit salad, eggs you had to boil yourself, toaster that kept burning the toast...and only one so had to wait for other guests. Pain au chocolat and croissants cold. Coffee was good though! So....OK but not great.

Let me start by saying Geneva is expensive. Food especially. This hotel was okay, but warm as their air conditioning had been turned off for the season. We tried to keep the windows open, but the noise from below (we were facing front which is kind of an alley) kept us awake. The staff was helpful and friendly, able to recommend restaurants, etc. Breakfast was average. Parking was 20 swiss francs a day.

Room Tip: Try and face away from the front of the hotel.
