We went there with a discount voucher and, despite the fact we got about CHF35 our meal, it was still overpriced - you're probably paying for the lavish decor. The spring rolls seemed fresh enough and OK but the green curry and the tofu with vegetables lacked any flavour. The wine list appeared to be reasonable. I got the feeling that management doesn't really care much about its customers or its staff. A lone diner was told by an apologetic waitress that she was unable to use a discount voucher that she'd paid CHF 35 for, as she was dining on her own, despite the fact that she had consumed less than the CHF 70 face value of the coupon. Apparently it's management policy, but seems pretty stupid to me, and very short-sighted from a business perspective. Without a coupon, you'd be looking at about CHF 100 for a fairly forgettable lunch for two people, with a glass of wine each. Perhaps they can use our financial contribution from today to turn the heating on? I felt sorry for the staff - it seemed apparent that their ability to keep the customers satisfied was seriously constrained by management policies and pricing.
