“Always a great and easy option”
Reviewed 27 November 2013

This charming creperie is really close from my place in Paquis and it is always a great choice. The crepes are great and the service really good. You should try their delicious sweet crepe with confiture du lait (made in Switzerland) or maybe the one with ovomaltine (Swiss too!). And of course, the beverage that goes with it is a nice cidre. A nice and cosy place to eat out in Geneva.

“Great lunch place!”
Reviewed 18 October 2013

This little creperie onRue Zurich is a perfect place for an inexpensive crepe lunch. They have a luncheon special that goes till 1pm, but even if you miss it, the prices are till affordable. The creeps are excellent and we especially enjoyed the np ham and cheese crepes. Coffee and home made sodas are also quite good.

“Cute place, good crepes”
Reviewed 4 August 2013

Good value and good crepes. We got the combo special - a green salad, savory crepe and sweet crepe for 23 CHF. Amazing selection of interesting flavors, and cute place. Nice atmosphere to sit outside.

“Yummy crepes, creative menu, good value for money”
Reviewed 9 May 2013

This cute place has a fancy décor, good ambiance, and has a good value for money when you take their fixed menu. The offer is wide, has yummy crepes both savory and sweet. Overall a nice, relaxed place to enjoy with friends. If a group larger the 4, make sure you reserve. And the room at the back is fun for larger groups (even has couches and a bar for larger groups). It's a small restaurant, but with lots of charm. And nice people although not always the fastest. You just need to be in the right mindset!

“Reasonably Priced Option in the Middle of Geneva”
Reviewed 26 April 2013

If you're a cost-conscious traveler in Europe, then you know that creperies are an excellent restaurant option for a good meal at a relatively inexpensive price. Creperie des Paquis doesn't disappoint, in my view. If you compare it to the equivalent other cities, it is certainly expensive. Relative to most Geneva eateries, you could almost (but not quite) call it cheap.

The restaurant's decor is part of its attraction, I imagine. It is an informal/pseudo-hippie kind of place. Or at least it seems like it is trying to be hip.

Service was decent. As in most European establishments, it is left up to you to tell the wait staff when you want service, the check, etc. North Americans used to proactive service that strives to turnover tables as fast as possible will probably be disappointed. Also, food is not pre-cooked, so it does take a bit for dishes to be prepared.

The crepes are quite good, but portions are medium-to-small sized. Also, I thought I ordered a galette when ordering from the "salé" part of the menu ... but in fact they were savory crepes rather than buckwheat flour galettes.
