Food is good (if not amazing) but it's definitely way to expensive (think 40 Swiss francs for smoked salmon with cold toasts) and even more important service is not good. Not that waiter are bad but way understaffed so even if bar so quick service should be expected you have to wait 10 minutes to order, then another 10 minutes to get your drink and so on. Also bottle of wine was opened and served without being tasted and was terribly corked.
