We visited Les Armures in the hope of eating traditional Swiss food. We weren't dissapointed. The staff were lovely and after a very short wait on a busy warm night we were seated outside to enjoy the lovely surroundings and atmosphere. Our meal consisted raclette cheese with potato, cheese fondue and rosti with sausage. Each dish was delicious and it was a lovely way to spend out first night in Geneva.

We arrived at a busy time without a reservation.
Staff were very helpful in getting us a table and then looking after us really well. Menus were brought quickly, orders taken promptly and accurately.
Tasty well presented food was delivered to our table in no time.
There was a real buzz in this atmospheric restaurant (we eat inside but there are lots of tables outside, too).
And it was good value for money.

This is a good Swiss restaurant providing excellent fondues and other Swiss favorites. The decor gives you that local experience and service was quite good. Reservations are recommended on the weekend nights as it is popular.

Our only recommendation to the restaurant is to improve the filet de perches which were quite bland.

Service was despising and not welcoming at all! Further, the price are over rated. The decoration was very fine though.
Too bad!

In the heart of the old town , closed to a 5* hotel , nice place , old fashion , nice local cuisine, may be best fonduee in Geneva. Place to be
