we went there on the evening and we choose a menu of 2 platters + the desert . the price is good comparing to Geneva restaurants and specially that you get some special special plates and the lady serving there ( H .) was very nice and helpful .
it could be good to go there for one cheesy evening

Probably one of the best fondues in Geneva. Try the regular and the moitie-moitie. decor nothing special, but service is very nice, owner managed, if a bit slow. Be sure to reserve!!

It took the waiter almost 30 minutes to get our orders, but after that it was a bit faster (although certainly this is not a place for quick meal). The decor is not very fancy, more village-style, with benches, etc. We ordered fondue, as we wanted to try it, but we did not realize that they will charge us for the number of people at the table. So make sure you tell them in advance if not everybody at your table wants it. Other food was good, but certainly not fantastic. Overall, not too bad place to try fondue, but nothing outstanding.

Two of us shared the moitié-moitié fondue, which came with bread and potatoes, and a medium-sized serving of dried meat. And although it was a hot summer night, this plain-looking restaurant satisfied our desire for melted cheese in Switzerland.

We stumbled on this restaurant in the midst of the nightmare chaos caused by the Volcanic Ash Cloud flight cancellations. The staff were very helpful even lending me their own charger to re-charge my iPhone. The other customers were equally friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious - light crust pizzas and a good size too, perfect for teenagers and us! Our table was next to a Tabac/shop where we were able to buy supplies for our coach journey later that evening. I think it is important to pass on the good news and certainly La Bergerie du Gruyerien deserves a Mention/recommendation.

Beware once you step out of the oasis and into the nightmare coach station.
