We booked a day trip to Mont Blanc. They clubbed people who paid for guided tours (who pays extra $$) with independent bookings. Guide Mr.Neil recommended everyone to hike without having knowledge of how much snow the hike path had gathered. Most of us in the grouped hoped to hike and later realized it’s unsafe and backed out. The train back from ice cave was halted for a few mins and we reached the restaurant at 5:07 and were informed that the bust left at sharp 5pm. Why are our phone numbers collected if no call is be made before the bus leaves? Is the guide inexperienced to check on the trains that are delayed unexpectedly? Is it easy to take advantage of tourists providing unsatisfactory experience after charging $600 USD for a day trip for 2 adults and a child?
