I would still be staying at this hotel if they moved it to Zurich. Luzern is too far!
the staff in the hotel are fantastic, the rooms are lovely, spacious and fresh and it is super close to the railway station without any of the noise, hustle or bustle!
The restaurant is always lively. You wouldn't expect this from a hotel restaurant, but the lively Tex-Mex seems to work. They can get very busy and as a hotel guest it can be frustrating t not be able to get a seat, but having stayed there so many times, you know that from the GM down, they all care and they do a great job.
If I could transport this hotel to every city I fly too, I would do and I would ake they staff with me too!
