Had the seasonal special venison stew and schnitzel. The schnitzel was not breaded, but very tasty cutlets. The stew was very tasty with a wine based sauce. Both were served with delicate spaetzle and sweet and sour cabbage. The food was delicious, and the flavors well balanced. We also had a "flight" of tasty, adventurous starters, and mini desserts, including sour cream ice cream with lingon berries. Yum.
