On a nice weekend trip to Lucerne, we had one night left and went to Olivo for what we thought would be a nice meal and a nice evening.
1 hour to bring appetizers, 4 hours to complete a meal in a cold atmosphere, not one smile from the waitresses, and the feeling that we were annoying everyone when asking if the food would arrive soon.
To be fair, the food tasted good, except one course that had way too much salt in it. And it was nicely presented. But with only 2 glasses of wine, it was not worth 230 CHF for 2 people. There are way better restaurants in Lucerne...like Scala Restaurant in Hotel Art Deco Montana (best hotel by far in Lucerne).
