As a regular i have to say that i was never disappointed from the food and service of this place…but you know, when you eat in a 18 point Gault Millau restaurant and from time to time they surprise you with a 21 point food and service…when you say, well that was again something outstanding…well thats the Chesery…its always great and sometimes even greater…the choice of the menu list is very various, and the very best is to tell the chef, to do whatever he thinks is the best today…then you get only the very best…and its not Caviar, no, its the most simplest food, generously and genioulsy prepared you would never expect…thats for me the best kitchen.
Wine list has always been the best in town, so no worries there, the sommelier as well as the head waiter will always guide you very well, as they know their way around…just enjoy, relax and trust eyes closed what Robert Speth and his team are suggesting you. Have fun.
