We spent one night in this beautiful though old-fashioned hotel.
The room was big enough, very clean and quiet. The mattress and pillow were fine with us. The blow dryer was a very old kind, 600 W or something. It took more than 30 min to dry my daughter's hair.
The staff at the reception desk was kind and smiling, but unprepared. At our arrival nobody told us anything about the hotel, they forgot to give us the public transportation pass which was included in our offer and had no idea about the restaurants in the neighborhood. For dinner they suggested one which is closed in the evening. When we asked about the breakfast hours they had to check the hotel leaflet.
Very nice swimming pool, almost empty. Didn't try the spa.
Location: it must be convenient in winter, next to the ski slopes.
Restaurant: we tried it for breakfast only. Good choice of croissants, marmalades (though not home-made), fruit, ham, salami, cheese and smoked salmon. The juices were concentrate-based, rather disappointing. Very helpful restaurant staff.
I am not sure I would go back, maybe in winter or if they make a promotion.
