The Cathedral hold up well...it is a simple cathedral with elegance. the section for prayers for the priest is choir style and reverent..it is closed off to the public..which is a good thing. The place where the bishops are buried is outside the church building.

“St. Maria Himmelfahrt (Cathedral of the Assumption)”
Reviewed 16 April 2012

St. Maria Himmelfahrt (Cathedral of the Assumption) was built between 1178 and 1282. The inside was incredible. There is stained glass windows an paintings on the walls and ceiling. There are different altars. We walked around the cathedral and found a pretty graveyard (Friedhof Hof) at the back with prette flowers between the graves.
