One of the nicest traditional restaurants in St.Moritz with excellent service where you can enjoy delicious food in congenial surroundings. The pizzocherri is out of this world! We had it with the brochette of beef which was tender and beautifully cooked on the open fire, the rocket salad was crisp and nicely dressed and the prune sorbet and panacotta with which we finished our memorable meal were top quality. I unhesitatingly recommend this charming restaurant.

This restaurant is an Establishment in St. Moritz.

Don't be put off by the somewhat dated looks from outside. Inside its a warm, lovely, woody, friendly, chalet style affair and the smells that greet you from the kitchen and the open fire (where meats are grilled to perfection) when you enter the place, instantly double your appetite.

The place is always busy (book well ahead), however despite this, the staff is very efficient and professional. Our waiter was very forthcoming and inspiringly passionate.

The menu is rather large, but the MUST HAVE dish here is Pizzoccheri! Buckwheat tagliatelle, with greens and cheese, finished in the oven, its heaven on earth! Order one serve for 2 (or 3) and combine with some beef or brochette from the open fire grill which goes wonderful with a nice local wine or a wine from the Valtellina area (just across the border).

Do not visit this place without trying the Pizzoccheri ;-)

Unless you forgot to book a table, you wont be disappointing here!

I have been there last week with my wife: we shared one appetizer and then 1 dish of meat each, 2 glasses (2 dl of wine) and 2 desserts (chestnut cake and creme brulee). Total = 165 CHF. e were disappointed to see that 4 asparagus (4!!!) with some cheese on them have been billed 16.50 CHF...ridiculous. and a half dish of french fries for 8 CHF. When I pay 42 CHF for a filet I expect that the side is included...
The food was good, but the price was really high.

This hotel-restaurant has a good ambience. The food is well prepared, we sampled excellent lamb chops from the flame grill, mixed meats on a skewer and fine buckwheat noodles and ravioli. Pity the wines are pricey and no beer on tap. Finish with good home-made tiramisu, crême caramel or zabaglione. A little out of town centre but bus stop right outside.
