We found the bar by chance, it's at ground level on a corner down along a side street just off the main centre of St. Moritz. The bar on a Thursday was quiet at 5.30pm but it seemed so much more welcoming than many of the other places we looked at. We sat and had a few drinks there by the window and the young bar staff were great. Other than us there was a steady flow of locals stopping by for a drink which says a lot.
Based on that experience we decided to try the restaurant for dinner and we were not disappointed. Like the bar the dining room is full of character and again the young service staff made us feel relaxed and welcome. The food was excellent, we had the deer which was on special and the cost (for St. Moritz/Switzerland) we didn't find too bad, especially for the standard of the food. We ate early at 7pm but by 8.30pm the room was starting to fill and this was mid week.
All up a great experience and we'd happily visit again.
