The Borghese is currently run by Mirta and her husband. Mirta herself cooks all the meals. They are delicious, creative yet typical for the local cuisine and served in a nicely prepared fashion. The menu is limited, but changes every day because the dishes are prepared with fresh, local products. The wine selection is good and the atmosphere excellent: it really feels like you're guest at a family's, and the place is very romantic with a nice outdoor terrace. The only thing: service can be very slow, so only go if you can take your time.
