The hotel has a great location. It is situated just at the bottom of ski run. This hotel has a lot of attractions including the lovely terrace, great spa, relaxing saunas, etc. There is free Wifi too. The rooms are great. They are luxurious, clean, well furnished, comfortable and extremely pleasant. There is internet facility too and so could stay connected with my friends online. The staff are warm, inviting and friendly. Their service made us feel completely at home. The quality offered for the price paid is absolutely unbelievable. It was one of my best stayed hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic. Great service, the attention to detail in the design and service everywhere is impressive, great location at the end of a ski run and at the base of a lift, wonderful terrace with sunny views of the Matterhorn for après ski, everything simply tip top. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home.

I have been to Zermatt many times and stayed in several hotels - this one seemed to perfectly balance the stuffiness of the the Mont Cervin or the Zermaterhoff with the clinical glass / steel of Coeurs des Alpes and Omnia. Service from the heart, almost like being in Thailand. Rooms gorgeous. Location awesome. Only complaint was the internet which was dreadfully slow. Of course one doesn't go to Zermatt to surf the web but when it's a choice between staying at home to deal with work or getting in some skiing and staying on top of emails, i would rather the latter. Maybe it was just my room. Can't fault them for anything, would stay again in a heartbeat.

First, the location of the hotel : just at the bottom of the ski run, which finishes in front of the main entrance. Located a little above the town, but with an elevator to bring the guests directly in the village. The spa is perfect after a day of skiing or hiking (outdoor jacuzzi, relaxation room with tea, 2 saunas, and all of this is repeated in each of the 5 "villas" containing just a couple of rooms), but is unfortunately opened only from 15:30 to 20:00; this is the only negative point in this hotel - hope they will change that. For the rest, the quality-price ratio is unbeatable, and the service is simply great. Free wi-fi with a router directly in the room, which guarantees fast connexions. Great breakfast which can be taken outdoor - a must if the weather is good. A strong recommendation, one of the best hotel I have stayed so far.

Wow! This place is amazing. We had been in Italy for almost two weeks and wanted to end at a high end hotel not in a big city. We thought about the Italian Lakes or Switzerland, but when we saw the Cervo online we were sold on heading to Zermatt. The hotel is very nice! They staff and owners of the Cervo are always friendly willing to help with any request. The room was beautiful and so cozy. It was definitely the best bed we had on our 2 weeks in Europe. The views were fantastic as well. You can definitely see the mountains and Matterhorn from several spots in the hotel (and thankfully for us in our room). My husband and I like to travel and we have stayed in multiple high end hotels. The Cervo definitely ranks among our top favorites now and one of the nicest we have stayed in.

We have been to at least 14 different ski resorts in as many years and this is by far the best ever. We are advanced skiers and off piste and on piste was brilliant. Also easy ski to Italy. Zermatt village pretty, mountain restaurants unique and inviting, hotel superb and a cut above the rest regarding accommodation, service, food and location right at the lift. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the owners. Evening singer and outside bar fantastic to end the day.
The only slight tiny problem was the breakfast serving staff seemed to get every order wrong every day. Amusing as we never knew what was going to arrive at the table. There should also be a separate section for children at dinner time. Cannot have a quiet romantic dinner as too noisy.

Before choosing the Cervo I read some comments from other TA members and one from an american guy who went with his son brought me attention: The Location.
Guys, the location is just perfect. You can´t get better than this.
Talking about the hotel: Its really a great place to stay with the Alps touch. Small and cozy. Very friendly staff and the owner is always around taking care of everything. The missing point here is a swimming pool. They have a hot tube per chalet ( 6 rooms/each) but for me its not the same. The service in the restaurant could be faster. The restaurant is very busy and if you get a peak hour, it wil take while to eat. The Bar is great so it is the wine list. I have to say: If you go to Zermatt stay at Cervo. Cheers
