This hotel was just fabulous, you cannot name or point out a thing of need which is not available. Way these people manage this hotel reflects their serious concern about guest’s comfort, lot of thought has been put into design, decor and management of this wonderful hotel. Though I was just with my girlfriend but even if you are with family and small kids it is excellent in terms of comfort. They provide complimentary tea and cakes in the morning, 6 course meals in breakfast and dinner, cook yourself facility and complementary chocolates in the evening. We could see people availing babysitting facilities and there was a kid club with lots of games, Spa and indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. It has the best location to enjoy skiing or going up to Winkelmatten, free Ski-bus stop was just few minutes walk away. For visiting other places you can find an underground train station nearby and it takes just three minutes walk to reach Main Street. Rooms were tremendously comfortable and provided mesmerizing Mountain View, very peaceful and well-appointed backed up by impeccable services. This place is simply awesome one may find it a notch pricier but it worth every extra penny.

This was an outstanding hotel and restaurant. Meals were excellent. The service and staff were even better. The hotel has an atmosphere of genteel luxury and quiet sophistication. Thoroughly recommended.

We were very lucky to have a second floor on the corner of the hotel which gave us a stunning view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. That gave the hotel the edge in terms of our experience. The food was very fancy - delicious and quite adventurous in terms of presentation and dishes. The venison was fabulous on one of the nights with all our party getting second helpings! Plenty of choice at breakfast too. The spa and pool were a pleasant extra and enjoyed by the children especially in our group. The sound of the glacial river right outside our window was a little odd at first, but didn't disturb our sleep and we enjoyed listening to it before going to sleep. Our corner room gave us a dual aspect with two sets of windows which made our room nice and light too.

Room Tip: The second floor corner room gave us a great view of the Matterhorn, plus dual aspect windows.

Excellent hotel. We've stayed at three hotels in Zermatt and this was the best. The level of service and care was second to none as it was on a personal level. The owners chatted to us on most nights, adding to the personal touch. Our balcony view was the Matterhorn perfectly framed. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.

Room Tip: Ask for a south facing balcony

We had book a room at the Swiss Alpine Hotel Allalin, but something goes wrong with our reservation and the Hotel Allalin book for us a room at La Ginabelle. Very good support and excellent surprise when we arrive at this hotel, everything was already prepared for us, as if nothing happened. The hotel was really great, the service excellent and room with the view at the Cervin really great. Something I really recommend if you spend only one night in Zermatt. What amazing when you wake up in the morning with this beautiful view on the Cervin. I can only recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask a room with the view on the Cervin, a little bit more expensive but really great.
