Can't recommend hotel highly enough. Rooms immaculate & lovely. The spa/relaxation area superb. It's a family run hotel, they're attention too detail first class, socialise with guests-had a problem with our Scottish doric accent!! No wonder really!
It ticked every box for a fantastic holiday.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in, beats 5 star hotels, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the views of the Matterhorn from the balcony take your breath away, cannot reccomend this hotel highly enough and dream of returning.

Everything is just perfect at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay even if it's only for a night.

We booked our holiday through 'Inghams'. We chose the hotel for no special reason, other than it had an indoor pool, which we thought if the weather was bad we could use. The hotel is fantastic (in a quiet part of town), food amazing (five courses) and excellent service from all staff. We had a very big bedroom, with a sitting room off the bedroom. The owners are present in the hotel everyday, even helping out when busy. When we booked the hotel, the brochure does not give the hotel the write-up it deserves. Good views of the Mattahorn from the garden. If I had to be negative, it would be the price of the wine. Above £30.00 a bottle. Five stars from me.

We return to this magnificent hotel every year, sometimes even twice a year, for ten years now. And really, it feels like home the minute we enter. The staff is very welcoming, the room (junior suite) with Matterhorn view is very modern yet very cosy. The Julen family are excellent hosts. The kitchenstaff is very capable, the wine lounge is great too. There is really no negative thing I can come up with, although I am always very critical! Can't wait to return, this upcoming January!
