Stayed in a single room for two nights. The service was exceptional, even if there are some problems with the english language. They do go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. Room was very clean, and had everything i needed. Especially nice was two bottles of water waiting each day. Very much needed here. The breakfast buffet was adequate and very good. They even opened early for me. All in all a great choice for the area.

We had a problem with our room air conditioning and the way the owner handled what was a stressful situation would mean I would return again.

She immediately helped us move rooms and checked in on us the next day.

Very well handled.

Breakfast was included and was satisfactory.

Rooms very clean and bathrooms spotless.

Good location in zermatt Walking distance to everything.

I just stayed in Zermatt for one night with my 2 children, ages 8 & 9, and this hotel was perfect! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was convenient yet quiet, and the Family room we stayed in was incredible! It had 2 separate sleeping areas (one with king bed, adjacent to the living area, and another separate room with bunk beds, a closet and their own tv!) It was very spacious and was like a small apartment! The bathroom was very nice, with a separate shower and a soaking tub. The best part about the room was the large balcony with a straight on view of the Matterhorn! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and once again the service was excellent and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again if we return to Zermatt!

Great little new hotel with great service. They were great to help us get there and in planning what to see while there. Afternoon tea and breakfast were included and were done well. Very close to everything.

It was our fist time in Zermatt and we didn't really know what to expect. The hotel was lovely and in a great location. Our room was a good size with a bathtub, balcony and straight on view of the Matterhorn. Spectacular! It was off the main street (which made it more quiet) we were right across the street from the ski rental shop which was very convenient. The main street is less than 5 minutes away and there are several small shops on the way. The best part was the spa - individual whirlpools, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. The only downside to the location was that is was not super close to a bus stop. You had to walk 3 minutes with all your ski stuff (ski boots on, carrying your skis/ poles) to the nearest bus stop to get to one of the bases to get up the hill. The closest base was only about 5-7 minutes away (depending on how slow you walk with all your stuff). We ended up walking most days instead of waiting for the bus. We would stay there again in the future.
