The first thing you need to know is how to get there. It is at the opposite end of the village from the railway station, but a bus (Red Line) goes pretty much all the way. The stop is "Kapelle Winkelmatten" which is opposite a small church. There is a footpath (Winkelmattenweg) going off to the right and when it forks, take the fork. Any other bus leaves you a march up a steep hill, that could be a serious problem if the footpath is covered with snow or ice.
The lift station is at the bottom of that particular hill. We are skiiers, we are fit? Hell - I took the same bus back down the hill. The timetable is in the Hotel. One additional point on the bus: It does not stop at Sunegga, you have to march 150m upstream to "Vispa".
Every review here mentions Andreas the owner. He deserves it - very friendly and helpful.
Two sides of the hotel overlook the Matterhorn, one from the Balcony and one directly. The view at dawn is excellent. I believe the rooms on the "other" side are cheaper.
The evening meal is fairly limited, the hotel offers a fixed 4-course meal for a decent price. In theory no choice although they are very prepared to take account of (for example) vegetarians. The restaurant is only used by hotel guests and they like to know beforehand if you will be there or not so they know how much to cook. You want MORE? You get more - no questions asked. Excellent quality.
Breakfast is 7:30 to (I can't remember, the slopes were calling) 9:30 or 10:30. Ok; good without being amazing.
My guess would be that there are 12 rooms in total. They are a decent size - not palatial but not cramped either. One of our number did not like his bed, the rest were happy. I found the plumbing a bit loud: the occupants of the room next door have FINALLY finished showering.
There is a fitness room + sauna downstairs. I'm not sure that works - weight lifting in the sauna. We are skiiers, we do our body building on the slopes.
Finally, the Hotel was part of a package so I can't comment on "Value" although I am sure it was excellent.
