I have been twice and was impressed on both occasions. The preparations are impeccable. Ingredients fresh and well chosen. I truly love that there is no artifice in Bovier's cooking. He knows enough to let the ingredients shine through and do the talking. I cannot say that this is the best in Lausanne, as Violier takes that honor in Crissier. But Table d'Edgard is wonderful and fully merits its one Michelin star.
