We stayed for a night in January 14. It is a delightful smallish hotel on the edge of the old city. I looked at the map and saw a train station next to it - it has nothing to do with regular trains to Geneve, for example, it serves the Glion route (actually, it's worth a 1-minute trip - just to see the tiny platform and narrow gauge with a third rail for the cog). However, main station is reachable by bus or on foot (it took us 10 minutes with luggage).
The staff was professional and very nice.
We had 3 rooms at the top floor, described by the receptionist as "nicer". Indeed, rooms on floor 4 come with balconies with nice views and sloping ceilings. However, wi-fi signal in 404 was very weak.
All in all, it's a very nice hotel styled after Montreux jazz events and tucked away in a quieter part of town.
Would stay there again
