We had 2 different though consecutive bookings with this fantastic small hotel in the center of Montreux. After our first night, the hotel staff upgraded us to their suite! And what an outstanding room it is - on a private floor, with a huge room, great personal deck overlooking the lake! What a great experience!!
And not enough can be said about the staff - Sara and Vivien- in particular. The hotel is lucky to hags them and we were lucky to be able to deal with them... Can't thank them enough!

The hotel is well located on the seafront, and within a short walk to the train station. The girl at check-in was efficient and friendly, and we saved a lot (on the train trip to Rochers de Naye) with the travel cards we were given.
The hotel was small, but used the space very well, with the busy wine bar doubling as the breakfast room in the morning. The room was small, and looked out at a wall, but at least it was comfortable.
Not many negatives - the buttons on the lift were faulty, and only worked intermittently. The annoying thing was that the receptionist didn’t believe me. Also, they seemed a bit short of staff – especially in the restaurant, which was very popular.

We booked the 3 bedroom suite for a family vacation while we stayed in Montreux for 3 days. The suite was spacious including a kitchen and the location outstanding near the water. The only problem is the master bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable (and we love hard beds). The young woman at the desk was very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding.

Room on 4th floor overlooking residential apartments was very quiet. Hotel is convenient to the ferry, train station, restaurants, a gelato shop and the promenade. Easy walk to the Castle of Chillon. Convenient to Chocolate Train.

We booked this hotel for two nights prior to taking the Golden Pass scenic train from Montreux all the way to Luzern. The location to the train station is excellent and not far to carry luggage (about 5 to 7 minutes). The free breakfast is decent but not outstanding. We booked room 303 which has a small kitchenette, a balcony with a great view of the lake and mountains and you also get a free public transportation card which you can use to go to Vevey and a little beyond. We walked to the castle along the lakefront promenade which is lovely and well maintained (about 45 to 55 minutes). A little noisy due to the bustling crowds but you are sitting right in the middle of the action. Lots of places to dine and two very nice supermarkets within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 303 cannot be beat.

We stayed for 3 nights. The Wifi is spotty, so had trouble staying connected. Breakfast was included, but not enough choices: cereal, bread, a few cheeses, yogurt and fruit. Certainly adequate, bot lacking compared to other hotels. The breakfast room is a wine bar at night. Unfortunately, our room was directly above the wine bar which was open to the street. Since there's no airconditioner, we had to open the window. So we never got to sleep before midnight. Our room layout was strange with the desk down the hall in an alcove. The bathroom exhaust must circulate air somewhere near people smoking. Our bathroom always smelled like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking hotel. The location was convenient. There's no parking included. Public parking isn't far away, but 21cfh per day! The restaurant was good an reasonably priced for Switzerland. Probably wouldn't stay here again or ever return to Montreux.

Nice small hotel, very clean room and comfortable bed. Good location, ca 5 min walk from station.

Our room had (partially view) over the lake. Part of our view was obscured by the building opposite which was in the process of renovation, so there was some noise and lack of privacy, but not a huge issue.

Staff was friendly during check in, but hardly visible during breakfast, which itself was a bit disappointing after the generous portions/variety/choices at other places in Switzerland.
