I had my birthday lunch here together with my in laws. It was a small but well maintained restaurant. I got the recommendation from the Swiss gastro award book. I super love the interior. Very minimalist at the sand time homey. Staffs even had their gloves while setting up the table. The food was fairly price, this is very seldom in an expensive city like Zurich. We had asparagus for starters which was very tasty, followed by pork witches with home made mashed potatoes, this was the highlight. Then we had the deep fried black current with ice sorbet. We had difficulty eating the dessert though it was also good. The service was friendly although they were chatting too much and too loud at the bar station. The WC was also in a top condition. The best part was, we were happy to know that they are supporting less fortunate individuals who are having difficulty finding a job ( something to that effect). It was a great lunch overall and we will certainly looking forward for our next visit. Keep it up guys!
