This Hotel is close to the Tram station which takes you right to Zurich Central and Airport directly.(in opp directions). Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
Room & Bathroom is small but has a coffee maker.
Breakfast is at an additional cost of 22 francs pp. The hotel sells Zurich cards & even day trips to Jungfraujoch... so that's helpful.
It also has a business centre to check mail for free.
Restaurants are 1 or 2 tram stops away. But is walkable too.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms face the main road, which may be noisy for some people. Ask for back facing rooms, away from the road noise (if its a bother)

Its a very neat and clean boutique hotel in zurich. Its not in the central location but there are trams to take you there. Its a small cab ride from the station. But there are direct trams to take you to the airport, which is very convenient. Staff is very polite and obliging. There is a business centre to browse internet for free. They have a good buffet breakfast for about 22 frans available.
Good part about the room is they have coffee making facility.

Room Tip: Front facing rooms are by the road and may be noisy for some people.

We stayed here for two nights on our weekend trip to Zurich. We booked the hotel as it looked nice on the website and the price we got was really good (for expensive Zurich).
We had a standard room on the first floor right opposite the elevator. The room was tiny, only the bed fit in and you barely couldn't move. Other hotels wouldn't even sell this as single room.
There were scratches all over the wall, the bathroom had tape behind the sink so the rusty area was covered, even though the room didn't look old it was really in a bad condition. I don't know if they jsut gave us a bad room and the others were better.
But what we liked about the hotel was the great and friendly staff, very welcoming people. Also the public areas looked nice and contemporary. The location is very good, few stops with the tram to the main station, and you can even walk within 15 minutes.
We also like the many small "goodies" that were offered in the room: an apple and free water, a full range of those things you get in a hotel (sewing kit, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion etc) was offered, TV programme, maps and info about Zurich, and the bathroom had a real hairdryer!

Would we stay there again - maybe as the location and the price was good, but next time we would definitely ask for another room.

The staff was lovely and helpful and the place nice and clean. But the room was absolutely tiny, the internet was not working (and if it had been, it would have been eye-wateringly expensive), the breakfast expensive (and didn't even include an egg!). Had it been cheaper, I would certainly recommend it. But at this price I'll do my best to avoid it in the future.

I have been staying at the Leonardo Rigihof Hotel for the 3rd time and enjoy the service. On this visit, the staff went out of their way to organise lactose free milk for breakfast. Nice touch!

The rooms are comfortable, offer all amenities except air conditioning which doesn't matter for most of the year.

I highly recommend this hotel both for business and leisure travellers.
