I paid $50 per room and got 2 rooms for one night. For that price I believe the place is a good deal. Here is my experience:

We arrived at about 10pm and had a bit of difficulty figuring out the electronic check in at the front door. We did manage to figure it out but I would recommend they install a phone that automatically connects to their 24 hour hot line so if you need help and don't have a phone you can get help. In our case we had a USA cell phone and couldn't call the Swiss number.

When we did get inside, one of the rooms we were given had another person already in it. Our code opened the door and we walked in on her. She said this has happened to her a few times. We called the hotline using WiFi we were able to get and they rapidly assigned us a different room.

In both of our rooms there was good, strong WiFi. The rooms were clean. There are no alarm clocks or bedside phones. There are mini-fridges and kitchenettes.

The room on the fourth floor was quiet. The room on the first floor - our family was constantly woken up by people coming in and out of the hotel. Poor night of sleep as a result.

In the morning we got an Uber to the airport and it was a 10 minute trip there. That was helpful.

Those are the pros and cons of this establishment.

I give it 3 stars because I believe for what I paid, it was what one can expect. If you want a better experience, then you have to pay more for a better hotel.

So, I have to write about my very bad experience on Christmas holiday time ever.. We dont have a heater and no warm water.. On 25 December i called to explain that we dont have a hot water and the heater doesnt work.. One of the guy (Arun Rajah) told me to make this problem clear.. In 3 hours still no news.. I called him again, and he said only sorry something felt with the instalation.. Then, in 2 hours still no news.. I called him again to make this problem clear.. And i wrote him email that msybe and hopefully he offered me another Swiss Star room.. No change.. The next day.. 26 December until 22:10 still doesnt work.. So.. 2 days i didnt take a shower.. Super.. Thanks for bring us to a wonderful Christmas holiday ever in my life.. I really dont recommend this hotel.. I do really serious.. Believe me.. We only get a bad service here.. And they only can say sorry.. Es tut uns Leid.. Entschuldigung.. Bla bla bla.. Sorry guys.. Cheap doesnt mean good.. Better you go to another hotel.. For Mr. Arun Rajah.. Thanks for doing nothing.. I know you just sitting there at the office..

SCAMMERS! SEE PICTURES! I don't know if we just got the worst apartment room, they offer or what. When we walked in, it stank so bad like urine but I figured when we get to our room we wouldn't be able to smell it. We found our room & the door was taped. Got in our room and it felt "okay." We decided to check out the shared bathroom & kitchen. YUCK! The kitchen was disgusting, & restroom was nasty. Then to top it all off, a verbal fight broke out in the apartment complex. It was so scary to us because they were screaming and yelling in a language we didn't know. I started shaking terrified because I didn't know what was going on. I contacted Hotels.com & told them we couldn't stay the night because it was disgusting & a fight broke out. Keep in mind it was about 9 or 10 at night. We had to catch a flight the next morning so we really needed to get to bed. Hotels.com called the "Inn" and asked to refund us. We were only there long enough to check things out. They wouldn't refund us stating it was in their policy. The "Inn" told them they would send housekeeping. I told hotels.com it wasn't a hotel and it was 10pm! They were lying! We didn't feel safe, we left & booked an actual hotel. Because they wouldn't refund us, we filed a charge back on our credit card. Video of fight & pictures to prove our experience. They should not be able to run a business and places like Hotels.com shouldn't allow them on their site. They run a few places, watch out for this name, they are dishonest people.
