It is a little hard to find, but if you get the tram to the Sihlcity Nord‎ stop ( the 13 and 5 tram go there) and cross over the road and follow the river north away from the Sihlcity shopping centre ( there is a footpath by the side of the river ) it takes you straight there. ( it is signed posted near the place, it takes around 5-10 minutes walk from the tram stop )
It is worth the find though, the spa is one of the largest i have ever seen, it offers around 8 separate pools, 3 stream rooms, seating areas, hot stone floor relaxing areas, and not forgetting the stunning roof top pool. Fantastic changing rooms, the decoy is great too it really feels like you are in a Roman cave of old and the very warm and friendly staff make your stay perfect.
I did also notice it does have disabled access both to the spa and into some of the pools themselves too, you may have to contact the spa about using them, but the facilities are there.

I had heard a great deal about Zurich's spa in an old brewery and was really looking forward to going. The interior is beautiful and is very well done. The best part by far is the rooftop pool. There are lots of jets and it's very easy to settle in and relax up there.

Unfortunately, the rest of the facility is rather disappointing. I didn't have any of the massages or other treatments as they are very expensive, so perhaps if you experience that, it makes up for what's lacking otherwise. But the other indoor pools were just okay, and the hammam is tiny and not very hot or steamy. There are no saunas.

Also, the elevators have a horribly moldy smell to them.

If you're in Zurich and want a really great spa experience, I would say take a day trip to Reinfelden and go to the Sole-Uno parkresort. What it lacks in interior design it more than makes up for in services offered. There are four different saunas, hammam, and many different kind of pools. That is a spa worth visiting!

The place in very relaxing and there are plenty of baths and saunas! The breathtaking part is the outdoor rooftop thermal pool on the roof of the building that has an amazing view and feeling! :-) I would recommend to try it with friends or partner. It is a bit pricey but it worths it.

As one who formerly owned a cruise agency and am now a teacher, my family and I have traveled extensively for decades. When we discovered "The Thermalbad" we found what we have looked for in all our years and years of travel. We've spent more than four months in Switzerland over the last three summers. We've been all over the country. This is outstanding and is the epitome of class and relaxation. To get a massage in our community is $50.00 for 1/2 hour. We spent more than 7 hours/day for eight days for a mere $35.00 USD. A year's membership costs less than my health club. It is spotless, quiet, and unique. We miss it tremendoulsly and will return next summer.

I really like the Idea, how they made out of the old brewery a spa, with keeping much of the original structure and charm. Specially the rooftop swimming pool is a very great and unique experience. The rest of the spa is unfortunately not so great. If you don't pay extra (which makes the whole thing just too expensive, even for zurich), you just get the roof-pool (great) and the smaller indoor bath (which is soso). It's a must to pay extra to go into the spa-area, which is well done, but not great. If it would be in the normal entry price, it would be ok, but extra it's just too expensive for what you pay. There are spa's around which are better and/or cheaper. So maybe to see it once, specially if you're interested in architecture. But I would not go again for this price.
