To call the front of this restaurant understated is an understatement. Until you open the door you are excused to Think the name of the restaurant is a misspelling of "parking house". However, once inside you are met by a rather elegant and very large room with a high ceiling. The seating is very comfortable and the Environment conductive for a good meal. The service is attentive, very friendly and rapid. The open part of the kitchen gives life and intesity to the dining experience. The menu focus on the ingredients and may take a few minutes to fully comprehend but once you understand the principle it is very logical. The food is very good and well prepared. Not experimental but rather focused on few ingredients cooked to perfection. The wine list is comprehensive and the sommelier will guide you very well. Not inexpensive but excellent value for money.
