I visited again together with my daughter, and we are satisfied that the quality of the traditional Swiss dishes has remained the same if not a tad improved, what definitely has changed with Beffa Gastro - the new owners - is service quality, their waitresses and waiters now manage to bid guests welcome and are rather swift in order taking and react if a guest wants to settle the bill. Credit cards are now accepted, so overall an improvement, prices have slightly augmented - this is mostly due to new contractual conditions and improved salaries for staff. There are some 1 point reviews, one of the reviewers complaining that he/she had only - sic! - to wait 10 Minutes for his/hers food therefore assuming it must be convenience, any cook will agree with me that good miss en place is half the cooking and convenience food, if it's used which I doubt, in Switzerland is of excellent quality especially frozen veggies and fruit. So if you have seen the kitchen from the inside or are a star cook yourself, you might judge so harshly, otherwise be fair!
