We just ate there last week. We were with people that live in Zurich, The food and service was excellent. I had read that the veal with mushrooms was their specialty and it was excellent. Be aware the serving is very large. They serve you half of it while keeping the other half warm. So don't think you are finished when you finish your first plate. We had a great time and the service was excellent. We liked the upstairs because it was more intimate and easier to talk. We stayed for hours because it was a rarity to be with our friends in Zurich and we were treated beautifully the entire evening. My husband ordered the gazpacho and the sea bass which he enjoyed. The 3 of us ordered the veal dish. It is titled veal Kronhalle.We did share the chocolate mouse for dessert...also excellent.I would definitely go back if in Zurich. It was funny...the cab driver pointed it out to us as a famous excellent restaurant and so did the head person at our hotel. so it was ironic that is where our local friends took us.It was a lovely evening.be sure to enjoy the paintings on the walls. they are famous and originals
