Due to a large bush totally covering the name of the castel and large trees, we drove right passed, eventually turned around and found it. Dont drag your heavy suitcase up the steps to reception only to carry it back down, as all the rooms are off the courtyard.
The rooms are quite large, very clean and a great comfy bed. We had comedy moments with the kettle and the coffe maching, having to be plugged in on the floor as both leads were too short. Had 3 great nights sleep, very quiet hotel. Dinner was a bit pricey as you would expect. We felt €19 each for breakfast rather expensive so we opted for a very nice cafe about 1mile away. On our last morning we did splash out on the breakfast, very nice well prepared with a lot of choice, spoilt by all the cooked food being lukewarm.
The staff were very helpful all speaking English.
We would go again as the negatives were not that much of a problem.
