A group of friends and I went to 't Pakhoes recently for dinner. Most of us chose the set menu for the evening of four courses - seafood starter, fish (cod) course, duck and cherry sauce main, and cherries ice cream dessert.
The servers were of much higher quality than at most other restaurants I've eaten in Maastricht although our fish and main courses came out a bit slower than we would have liked. My risotto was a bit undercooked, disappointingly. The duck was cooked perfectly and quite divine!
I would recommend this restaurant if you want a very high-end meal; with the set menu and shared bottles of rose and water it was about 80 euros per person.
