The food was mediocre to poor (steak was somewhat undercooked, lamb was slightly overcooked). Waiters didn't observe our table for need of refills. We didn't receive a "thank you" for the tip, which almost made us revoke it. Will not visit again.

Mediocare food and un attentive service. We ordered meet and burgers and asked them cooked how we liked it. They served it differently and when we needed more drinks it took the waiter to come10 min and to bring the drinks another 10 min.

On the Wyck side of Maastrich on the street to the train station. Smelled good from the outside but a bit of a dining let down. When purporting to be an Argentine steakhouse, it would be good if the spelling of the few Spanish words on the menu was correct, i.e. Venduras vs Verduras, a few other mistakes as well. Ordered the Churrasco and the Ribeye, both were to be on the rawer side of Medium, but the Churrasco was medium and slightly chewey. The Ribeye was tender but had no flavor whatsoever, watery would be my best description, would definitely recommend that the meat be marinaded to liven it up (highly recommed A1 as a pre grilling marinade). If sauces were available, we weren’t advised, in any case, sauce after grilling doesn’t have the same effect. Wait staff forgot the ketchup for the fries (this type of restaurant shouldn’t really serve ketchup in those small fast food type one serving size envelopes, a small ceramic mini bowl would have been a better presentation) and sour cream. Wait staff not the friendliest I’ve seen and no sense of humor (jokingly spoke Spanish and got a somewhat cool response in English that they didn't speak Spanish), also always amazes me when wait staff walk right past tables without looking if the customer requires anything else (should NOT have to flag down a waiter). No coaster or anything under my beer, kept dripping condensate over my shirt (Beer WAS nice and cold so a plus). Baked potato with butter and (dill) sour cream was ok. For the Netherlands, the price was reasonable.

Beef was grilled to perfection, lovely sauce.
Salad was fresh and delicious, side dishes of fries and rice were good.
Will definitely go back again!

We had a respectable steak dinner for a good price. So I would say good value for the money, the food and service was average. The wait staff seemed to be scrambling to keep up. This is a well located restaurant in central Maastricht and one of the few we found open late on Sunday. We were relieved when we found it.
