This is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. It's located just outside the railway station, so you can't sleep with an open window - as the trains cause a lot of noise - but if you keep your windows closed the rooms seem to be well isolated. We stayed in one of the modern rooms in the new part of the hotel. These rooms are neat, well-furbished in a modern style, offering a nice atmosphere. Stil there are some negative things to mention: the beds are very soft and not too comfortable, and you need to pay for every "extra" service. Just like in most other hotels, breakfast is way overpriced (what they offer is fine, but not worth 16 euros - tip: there is a small Subway right in front of the train station), you can only watch about 12 tv-channels for free - if you'd like to watch Animal Planet, for instance, or even the regional tv-channel, you have to buy an extra package, and you have to pay to use wifi as well. Too bad the management wants to earn money by single ordinary services; every other aspect (the location, the staff, the rooms) are fine and friendly.

This hotel is alongside the railway tracks and can be noisy . The dining room was poorly organised and breakfast had run out of some options at 0800. I wont be back

Stayed at the Apollo Hotel which was a base for a visit to Keukenhof gardens and Amsterdam. The welcome from the staff was excellent as was the dining room staff.
Very polite and helpful. Rooms allocated were good, although could do with a little update on decoration. Some rooms overlooked the railway station but due to the standard of the double glazing windows we were not disturbed in the slightest.

Buffet breakfast and part of the evening meal had enough selection to satisfy anyones requirements.

Just returned from staying with a tour group for 4 days. I have to say some of the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel i've stayed in, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and the rooms clean and comfortable, although for English guests the addition of tea and coffee in the rooms would have been nice. The hotel is located by the station but all rooms are well sound proofed. The lovely city centre is just a 10 min stroll through the park.

Booked for the " Bruisend Breda"- deal. Once there they told me that the booking changed in " hot deal".
It finally costed us twice more!
We ate at their restaurant "pure".
Not worth the money!
No tea or coffee in de room ( 140€ per night!)
One good point : the friendly staff!

I had a trip last year to Ericsson, Rijen. The nearest and easily commutable hotel is Apollo Hotel in Breda, which is around 20 Minutes ride by metro. The best thing i like for this hotel is: it is just opposite to Metro station. There is a small Strip mall opposite to hotel where u can find daily stuff. They had a nice service, clean rooms, breakfast buffet.
Overall i enjoyed been there.

We stayed in the Apollo Hotel last weekend. It was a very nice stay. We booked a deluxe room with a design interior and a modern look. The beds were good, however in my opinion it was a little bit small and firm, but I am used to sleep in a Hastens bed which is very large and soft so that is always a problem, to adjust to the bed. The room was spotless clean and the bathroom was modern with al spacy douche and dove products.
The personnel in the reception were helpful and the bartender was a young man who was very in to be a good host and he knew a lot about wines and all the other drinks you could drink.
The breakfast was good and had a lot of choice, a good thing was that in the weekend the guest can enjoy the breakfast untill noon (12 o'clock) so if you are in a lazy mood you don't have to hurry to get out of bed.
