Once a year we have a culinairy weekend with friends, this time we went to Den Bosch. We booked an arrangement with a night at Hotel Central (see my review) and the Noble Experience menu. I can recommend this, you'll have a nice hotel and great dinner for a good price and a coffee with 'Bossche Boil (local treat)'.
The dinner at Noble was excelllent. The service was nice, not overly formal but still stylish. The restaurant has a modern but warm interior and overlooks the river and flatlandds. If the wheather is nice they have a nice terras.
The food was excellent, not super complex, but good taste combinations and a nothing you would make at home. The noble experience menu comes with 5 courses, but the first and second course you get to taste different things, so it's really 8.
For drinks we started with gin toinis with cucumber and ginberries. Very good. We had different wines with every course and coffee and for this we paid 75 EUR for 2. The menu itself we paid together with the room at the hotel.
I can really recommend! On top Den Bosch is a nice city. Make sure you take the boat toyur of the inner city.
By the way, next too the restaurant there's a great art gallery (if you're in to art). When you walk from the city to the hotel, on the left side of the road, there's a mega (from the outside it doesn't look big) Carnival store. Make sure to visit. The have countless costume, for all different prices, and evenb if you don't buy anything it's wortthwile.
