Lovely friendly staff. It was a very busy Friday night but we were served very promptly and the staff still made an effort to chat to us.
The food portions were HUGE, which was great! Would definitely recommend the Yaki udon and the child squid as a starter.

I always like to eat foot with a little spice too it.
They staff is very friendly and will seat you down ( sometimes next to strangers since the restaurant has only a few private tables and most are long table's)
While seated you can store your jacket under need the table. The menu is asian-fusion and it will show if it's spicy or not.
When you placed your order the host will explain that the foot can be served at different times, so meaning you might have one dish sooner than the other (don't wait since it can be long time apart).
The food is always fresh and nice and the restaurant is very clean.
Most staff don't speak dutch so English language skils is needed.
I can say I enjoy eating here.

We went Saturday late afternoon into this restaurant. We were in this restaurant chain in other cities and countries so since the menu is standarized we know what to expect.

The chain overs Asia style menues which we usually like. Since the quality of the food is also good we in general we tend to go in these restaurants.

So also the one in Amsterdam fulfills our expectations. The food is fresh cooked and tasty. The service is professional, the food delivery fast, but maybe because of the restaurant site the other service was a little slower. Nothing really dramatic but notable.

So been first time in Amsterdam I would go to another, in particular if it should be a unique experience, but want just something fresh cooked, have not much time, to go to this restaurant is nothing you regret.

Visiting Amsterdam with my daughter who is a Wagamama fan. I had eaten at this particular restaurant once before and was not to impressed: very slow service, despite not being busy.

I put this down to bad luck and we tried again, but unfortunately no change. The restaurant was quiet at around 9pm, but again very slow service. We were even asked to order puddings and coffee with our main order "as we are trying to close" - this was despite online suggesting an 11pm close.

I won't be back to this particular Wagamana.
