We have been notified by the owner, 3 days before our stay that there was an overbooking and that they cancelled our booking. We have no other solution and have to cancel our family week-end in Amsterdam.
It's cold on the boats and they offer only a small heating which you have to get from another boat yorself.
The bikes are a lie, there are no bikes.
Owner has let us know that they had only one boat booked for us. But we had booked AND PAID two. Owner was difficult to reach. He never contacted me, only to tell me that there was only one boat booked ON THE DAY WE ARRIVED.
Very stressful and disappointing. I can absolutely not recommend.
