Most over priced hotel I have ever stayed in. Room tiny, bed cheap and uncomfortable. Front rooms very noisy and no double glazing.

On the positive staff friendly and room clean. The location in the centre is good and close to the station. Overall not worth the money.

I never stayed in such a noisy room. The rooms in the front of the hotel are very uncomfortable due to the noice of the street wich lasts until 2 or 3 at night (probably later in the weekends). Ask a quiet room. Clean room but small. No breakfast possible.

Room Tip: ask quiet room, not on the front site

Location to attractions and train station is very convenient! The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! I arrived very early and they were able to get me into a room; however the room they put me in (104) was very noisy!! I would stay here again but ask for a quieter room. I did ask for a complimentary water due to noise issues and they happily obliged. :)

Room Tip: If you want quiet do not stay in room 104!!

the staff were friendly & helpful while the room was small it was clean & tidy.
the best thing about the hotel is its location which is fantastic & only 5 minutes from train station & close to everything you need to see. the only criticism is the price as I thought it was a bit expensive even thought it was for a single room & there was no breakfast included in the price either

This hotel was surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars, and couple of streets away from "the red light" entertainment. The train station was a 10 minute walk, as was the bus stop for local and tour buses. The rooms were lovely, look recently refurbished but are tiny. I had read on the internet that they were small but wasn't prepared for how tiny they actually are. We couldn't lay down our suitcases, we had to get out what we wanted and then stand them up and put them to the side of the entrance. The bathroom was also small but clean and modern. There is free wifi in the room. There isn't a restaurant but you can purchase some food and drink in the common area on the ground floor.

This is a good hotel if you like to be in a central position with a good choice of restaurants and bars nearby ...and the red light area! The rooms and bathrooms are well equipped and the service is god and helpful. The downside is the size of the rooms (standard size) which really are very small -more like a cabin on board ship than a hotel! Also there is no breakfast in the hotel although there are plenty of opportunities close by.

Room Tip: Ask for a quieter room as some face the street

Me and my partner stayed here on the 9th April - 11th April with 6 other family members in different rooms. The hotel was easy to find from the train station and close to everything you need. Our room was conveniently outside the elevator so very easy to get to, other rooms are like a maze!
Room was lovely and clean and cleaned each day too. Handy little vending area downstairs to save you nipping to the supermarket too.
Had a very quiet room but family said it was loud when facing onto the street, expected though.
Definitely recommend and would 100% stay here the next time I come.

Room Tip: If possible stay in rooms away from the main street, the elevator makes noises in rooms adjoining it...
