“Great Venue for a Concert”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2014

Went here for one of their very casual concerts. The concert was essentially four pianists playing in in the middle of the hall with people laying around in sleeping bags and sheets on the floor. What a great and unique concert concept. Great music, very relaxing, and a lot of fun for a reasonable price!

“Magical and highly charged renditions of Beethoven's 3rd Piano Concerto and Dvorak's New World Symphony”

You can book a very pleasant dinner for about €35 in a glittery inner dining area. Glass of wine at a reasonable price clinched it! And the concert hall, of course, is world famous.

“Top acoustics”

If you happen to be in Amsterdam, make sure to book a concert at the Concertgebouw. Great acoustics! Their piano concerts are worth a long, long ride or trip!

“Beautiful music venue”

What a lovely concert hall for musical performance. Loved the ornate building. The ease of obtaining tickets added to my pleasure. One must go there if music plays an important role in one's life.

“free wine and croissant at intermission!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 August 2014

I did not have to pay 25USD for a 1/2 glass of champagne, like you do at the Met. The sound is extraordinary, every seat is excellent. This is a classic, if you like music, this is the way it is supposed to be presented.
