This hotel is the best one I've had the pleasure of in amsterdam. The butlers, the beautiful building and courtyard, combined with an epic location make this hotel worthy of its rating

I highly recommend this hotel for business and personal travel

We were there for my boyfriend's Bday. Room was very clean and nice with the view to channel =)
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Organize us tickets for boat trip and Van Gogh Museum immediately in the hotel. We traveled with cat, and in the room everything was prepared for her as well, which was very sweet! Small cushions and small plates =)
We were absolutely surprised that Hotel forgot to congratulate my Boyfriend with his Bday, but presented a book and a card for our cat =)))))) It's was really sweet)))) We were touched =)
Lounge zone and bar are very nice. A lot of wonderful fresh flowers compositions everywhere! That's the place we definitely will come back in our next visit!
About breakfast and restaurant I can't say anything, because we didn't eat there. But Bistro was the only thing which disappointed us - quality of some of the dishes are not comparable to the price. Think its the to improve. No questions to stuff - it's always very friendly and professional. And staying at the bar in the evening we enjoy very much as well.
Spa was nice as well by the way!
And one more thing - hotel organize free excursions for hotel guests in the building. Unfortunately we didn't visit, but next time - definitely!
So I would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is one of the beset we've ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the courtyard we knew this would be a special stay. The charming young lady who checked us in quickly noticed it was my birthday the following day (the reason for the trip) and insisted on showing us to our room. When we returned to our room after a great afternoon sightseeing I was delighted to find a bottle of champagne sitting in an ice bucket, what a fantastic gesture and very much appreciated. It's these these touches and attention to details that make the hotel truly special. We will definitely return.

This is a very good hotel with the staff as good as you get and indeed the staff made the stay here so pleasant. My room was neat and well equipped albeit small. With the Bridges restaurant - 1 star - and a location in the heart of this great city it I can recommend this as a great pace to stay when in Amsterdam

We have just spent two nights in this wonderful hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed in and certainly our favourite of the top end hotels in Amsterdam. Location was perfact, easy walking distance to all major attractins, loads of bars and restaurants. Our sperior double room was large, beautiful view of courtyard and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth the price. Sauna was clean and very hot, although gets crowded at about 5pm on a Saturday. The staff were without fault - we were extremely well looked after and every detail attended to without us even having to ask. We particularly appreciated the service from our breakfast waiter, called ?Marius, who was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. We would love to come again.
