Interesting museum. There can see not just Rembrandt's works but can see how he worked. There is Rembrandt's studio display.

The home of Rembrandt is preserved in best way possible and lets you have a look at life in the 1600´s. Earphones-guide tells you the interesting story of Rembrandts days as an artist and teacher and husband.

In this museum, you can see and feel the master's living in the past days. Many art sketches you can see, the natural lights just like the feeling in his art piece.

I get sad thinking that Rembrandt died a poor man and went through bankruptcy whenever I visit his house. Considering what his paintings cost these days and the fact that he died impoverished is simply mind boggling. It is interesting to learn the history of this incredible artist and the path his life took. Watch the movie in the basement before you tour the house and listen to the audio tour. If they are having a demonstration showing how his prints were made, be sure to watch that.

Very informative. A little dark, but that helps to transport you back in time. A better painter than a business man.
