We have almost a hobby of going to Michelin Bib restaurants. Considering the chef has a one star Michelin restaurant on top of the Okura hotel we expected a lot from Serre. Unfortunately we were a little disapointed. It is not bad, but it is not a remarkable meal by any means. If nobody told me it was a Bib or that the chef had the Michelin star, I would not have noticed. The restaurant was not full and the service was slow and less than attentive. You had to make sure you made yourself noticed when you needed something. I cannot even remember what we had. A pity, since the Okura experience is great and we actually changed our schedule to be able to dine there.
