Handy to train, tram, restaurants and attractions. Helpful front desk staff. Room relatively small, but well soundproofed and had a useful fridge once you've evicted the minibar's contents. Breakfast is too expensive but can be easily obtained nearby.

Room Tip: Minimise potential street noise problems by asking for a quiet room at the rear of the building...we...

This is my second stay at the hotel and I found it to be very comfortable.
On this occasion I booked a executive double room, the downside with this room was that you had to take 2 lifts to get to the floor due to it being in an annex building.
Check-in was easy as usual and they had my details stored since my last trip. I noticed again that reception do not mention breakfast at all. I think the hotel is really missing trade here as the only mention of breakfast is in tiny print in the room key-card holder. The hotel could really boost sales if they mention it at time of check-in. Booked breakfast for the second morning and at €16.50 it isnt cheap but there is a fair selection of hot and cold food.
The room itself was well equipped. The bed was super comfy and there are huge pillows which if anything are slightly too large. The shower is amazing and the TV has a good selection of channels including BBC1 and BBC2.
The minibar is fairly expensive... €3.50 for a 330ml beer/pepsi but there are plenty of shops nearby where you can pick up your own supplies.
You may also wish to note that there is an ice machine on the second floor (breakfast level).
My only negative point about the hotel is the artwork in the room. Over the bed were 2 close up photos of peoples faces - this is okay for the corridors but would effectively destroy any romantic mood if you were trying to create one.
The hotel is so central (5 mins walk from centraal station) and you can get some good bargains thorugh expedia depending on when you book.

Room Tip: Try and get a room in the main hotel that doesn't require 2 lifts to access.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Inntel. The location was great. Close to Centraal station and between 2 city rail lines. I was able to walk from Centraal in 5 minutes pulling a suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed invested in making my stay a pleasant one. A couple in our group decided they needed separate rooms and booked the extra room online but at their other location. The staff bent over backward to assist and get us all together. The desk staff also had some great suggestions for dinner. We had 2 really good dining experiences from their suggestions.
The only down side is that it was a little expensive for me as a single. But Location, Location, Location.

Room Tip: Rooms were clean and well appointed but small.

Hotel room was great, clean and tidy, faily big. Frontdesk staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, close to the Amsterdam Centraal Station, Dam square and other sightseeings. It happened to be the very first King's Day when we arrived. Everyone on the street was celebrating, it was once-in-a-lifetime experience! The hotel is close to a bike rent shop where you can rent a yellow bike, and also close to lots of restaurants and bars, very convenient. Level 2 common area of the hotel has a free ice machine, it helped my hubby a great lot for his toothache at the beginning of the trip.

I stayed here in April 2014 and the Hotel was wonderful. I cannot fault anything about our stay here.

I was a bit worried about noise at night from reading other reviews, but we stayed here for 3 nights and didn't hear a thing. The location of this hotel is just perfect, a walk from Central Station it took us about 5-10 minutes, and a walk to Dam Square is 5 minutes round the corner (if that). There is also a tram stop next to the hotel. Restaurants, bars, cafe's are everywhere, you won't be short of some where to eat or drink!
We stayed in a Superior Room, which was clean (and cleaned daily), the bed was massive and very comfortable!

The staff of the hotel are very helpful and polite. You can book trips through reception ie; Heineken Experience, Ice bar ect. The staff gave us information, maps and told us exactly how to get there using bus', trams ect.

We have already planned to return to Amsterdam, and I would without a doubt stay in this hotel again!

Room Tip: Superior Room has a bigger bed
