I go for business purposes to Amsterdam 3 or 4 times per month and always stay at the Nadia hotel. Very good value for money. Customer focused team of employees which is rare in the Netherlands where good service is not common.

Hotel Nadia was clean, warm and welcoming. Reception were always on hand to help with any queries and always very polite. Breakfast was adequate (we Brits do like our cooked breakfast though) it was very central. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

It was our second stay in this hotel and we shall return despite the fact that the room was not cleaned the first day. Not even the beds were done........
As mentioned above, the manager is extremely nice and we got - additional - flowers to our room as it was my partner's birthday. This is a very special attention and was highly appreciated.
The situation of the hotel is excellent: Close to the trams, close to the boats, in the city centre but absolutely quiet if you have a room which is not situated to the street.
4 stairs to walk but it does not matter as your luggage is carried. We shall come again!

Just stayed here for three nights. This was my second stay at this hotel. We had a room with a nice view over the canal and church square. The hotell have a great location, close to the Dam Square. The hotel have small rooms and is at two star hotel without any luxury. But still I recommend it for all that want to stay central in a hotell with an especially nice and serviceminded staff.

I've stayed at the Nadia several times. The owner is great as is the staff. They will recommend good places to eat. Don't stay here if you can't handle steep stairs or a small room. If you can handle these things, you'll get a clean room in the best location in A'dam with a small fridge, safe, fan, etc. at a real good price.

Wish Trip Adviser had a category between Average and Very Good. This is a modest hotel, with great staff and manager/owner. The breakfast room offers the best coffee I've had in a very long time, as well as a variety of morning fare.

The location is quite convenient to the shops and restaurants of the Nine Little Streets, 'kitty-cornered" to Westerkerk, around the corner from Anne Frankhuis, and the Jordaan neighborhood

Unless you are a very light sleeper, you won't need a "Quiet" room. Our friends had a room facing the Raadhuisstraat, which benefited from two large windows and was more comfortably arranged.

The stairs are challenging, the first set is a two floor climb in one stretch.. Benefit: excellent exercise.

Although the hotel is 'non-smoking', hallways on the top floor always smelled of cigarette smoke. Management's attempt to use "air freshiner" was allergy provoking and ineffective.
