I stayed at Tourist Inn for 5 days at the end of August, and I must say that yes, it was crowded, but the place was a really cool cozy place to be. I paid €30 a night, slept with 5 other strangers but nice people, and I found the place to be all around a clean, safe, and comfortable place to be. The breakfast food was abundant, the staff was always helpful, the towels and sheets were spark clean readily available if I needed a new one, the bathrooms and showers were clean, and when a guest needs to check out and ask to store the luggage there for a few hours, no problem whatsoever, and at no extra charge. I strongly recommend it!!! ah, and the wi-fi connection always worked!

It's a bit hard to judge here because the hotel is really well located (although in the middle of the red light district, and it might put lots of ppl off straight away). You can walk pretty much everywhere and it's less than 10 minutes walking from the train station. We were five and never felt unsafe.

On the down side... beds are not good at all, shared showers/toilets are always busy and never really clean.

It's very cheap and if you are young and looking for some fun and a cheap place to stay, go for it, otherwise you should most likely try somewhere else. I don't think I'd stay there again, unless I was 18 again!

Rooms smallish but very clean and tidy, great shower and breakfast, staff brilliant, loved the location close to Central Station, the canal and lots of great food. We loved it and the red light district was just beside this but the girls were all friendly and pleasant and livens the place up at night. Loved it can't wait to go back, brilliant and the new receotion looks great, the dining room is good but maybe they could do with blinds on the back window as it just looks straight into one of the girls windows, it could be off putting if you are narrow minded, xxx Loved the boy at reception he was so friendly, xx

stayed here a year ago, and couldnt fault it.

very friendly staff, we arrived before we could actually check in, we were offered free breakfast and they stored our luggage until we could get into our room.

very basis rooms but i found it to be the most comfortable nights sleep id had in a long time,

great advice given by the staff on which shops to visit and which areas to avoid. will definately return to this hotel.

stop your moan people, you get what you pay for!

Myself and a group of 18 friends booked the hotel brian to find when we got there the 'hotel' had been brought out and our booking had been lost. With this in mind the owner then decided he could only put us up for 1 night charging us £50 Euros each instead of the £35 Euros we agreed when booking. The owner is only after a quick buck, once your money is handed over he doesnt care less... I strongly advise not staying there, only interested in getting your money, complete dive..!!!!
