The dining room at Tunes is really beautiful with an open kitchen and space for a 3 piece jazz band. I dont actually like live music while I eat, especially jazz but in this environment (a hotel and restaurants built in an old bank and music school on Kings Day) I can be flexible. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and their service was excellent The food was all presented at a very high standard, even though one or two things weren't to my taste because of ingredients I was still able to very much enjoy the brunch and appreciate the top quality ingredients and menu. I had the lobster roll - a sausage made from lobster! who knew - and look forward to having the oxtail burger next time. For 55 euro for 5 courses including champagne (Roederer) tea and or coffee it was worth it.
