Did this as part of a city tour. Taken to the front door and dumped for an hour (rather a large part of a 2.5hr tour!).
As others have said, a 2-3 minutes spent on "how to cut a diamond" then it's all sales talk. The showroom goes on for ever, and the bored staff wait to pounce.
Eventually you get to the coffee lounge. That's a laugh, a poor coffee machine, and another for bottle of pop, sweets etc. Cheap tables and benches.
This place is only worth it if you are ready to spend a lot - even on one of the Swiss Army Knives that they also somewhat strangely try to sell.
